To move to the next stage we can get the trades to quote following a site visit. This is undertaken after a $1,000 fully refundable deposit is paid. Yes, as per the note on the bottom of the invoice, we are happy to have them returned. Please note there is a 30% handling fee applying to all returns, and they are only accepted back if returned within 30 days of purchase.
